Celebrate summer on the waterfront with Flying Bear’s Tapas Sunsets, a Spanish-inspired experience overlooking the harbour. From classic aperitivos to fresh seafood and Spanish wines, our new menu brings a taste of the Mediterranean coast to Kirribilli.

SNACKS & APERITIVOS
Start with Cacahuetes con Chile or Gilda Pintxos paired with a crisp white sangria as the sun sets.

TINS & CONSERVAS
Savour premium Spanish tinned seafood including Sardinas en Salsa de Tomate, Boquerones en Vinagre, and Mejillones, served with herbs, salsa verde and sourdough.

MAS TAPAS & MORE
Enjoy favourites such as Garlic Prawns (Gambas al Ajillo), Smoked Chorizo, Calamares Fritos, or Bistec con Papas with Patatas Bravas.

DULCE
Finish on a sweet note with Churros & Chocolate or Crema Catalana.
