This September, we’re heading just across the harbour to Marrickville and putting the spotlight on The Grifter Brewing Co.

We’ll be pouring two Grifter favourites – their best-selling Pale Ale and European-inspired Lager – for just $8 a schooner throughout September.

PALE ALE

Light-bodied · Citrus · Balanced bitterness

The beer that put Grifter on the map. Brewed with Australian and US hops, their best-selling Pale Ale is light-bodied with balanced bitterness and a big citrus aroma.

LAGER

Crisp · Bright · Biscuity

A European-inspired lager that's crisp and bright, with subtle stone-fruit flavours and a biscuity, pilsner-malt finish.

Brewed locally in Marrickville, The Grifter Brewing Co. is part of Sydney’s thriving independent beer scene, making it a fitting brewery to kick off our Beer of the Month at Foys.
