This October, we're heading to Adelaide and putting the spotlight on Brightstar Brewing, an independent brewery bringing traditional European beer styles to Australian shores.

We'll be pouring two of their German-inspired favourites – the crisp and refreshing Helles Lager and the smooth, hazy Hefeweizen Wheat Beer – for just $8 a schooner throughout October.

HELLES

4.8% ABV · Crisp · Golden · Refreshing

A classic Munich-style lager that's light, bright and made for easy drinking. Lagered for a minimum of six weeks, Brightstar's Helles pours a beautiful golden colour with subtle aromas of fresh bread and crackers. Smooth and refreshing, with a crisp finish and just a touch of sweetness.

HEFEWEIZEN

5.6% ABV · Hazy · Smooth · Fruity

A classic South German-style wheat beer with a soft golden haze and a fluffy head. Brightstar's Hefeweizen brings together balanced notes of banana and clove, a gentle malty sweetness and a full, smooth body that finishes refreshingly dry.
