Nothing says Sydney Spring quite like the sea of purple canopies lining McDougal Street in Kirribilli as the Jacarandas burst into bloom for the season.
This year, we’re bringing Jacaranda Season to the harbour with seasonal specials, waterfront experiences and Jacaranda-inspired styling across both venues

Flying Bear Sunset Bar

From Thursday October 8th, the Flying Bear Deck will transform into a pop-up sunset bar from 4pm–9pm every Thursday to Sunday, bringing relaxed spring afternoons and evenings to the waterfront.
Serving the full Foys a la carte menu, along with colourful drinks and limited-edition Jacaranda specials, drop by after visiting the blooms and settle in by the water as the sun sets over Sydney Harbour.

Our Sunday live music is heading downstairs to the Flying Bear Deck for Jacaranda Season for the perfect picturesque backdrop.
Grab a drink, find a spot by the water and settle in for an afternoon of live music overlooking Sydney Harbour, every Sunday from 3pm–6pm.
Spring Happy Hour at Foys and Flying Bear
Make the most of the spring sunshine with Happy Hour by the harbour.

We’ll have a specially curated grab-and-go menu, takeaway drinks and limited-edition Jacaranda specials ready for busy spring days, making it easy to pick something up before or after visiting McDougall Street.
